By downloading, installing, or using Filmo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Filmo is a camera application that provides film-style filters, effects, and video recording features for iOS devices.
You retain all rights to photos and videos you create using the App. We do not claim any ownership of your content. All media processing occurs locally on your device.
Filmo offers optional in-app purchases to unlock premium features:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial of Filmo Pro features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription.
All purchases are processed by Apple. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support or request a refund through your Apple ID purchase history.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
