Timerify ("we", "our", or "us") takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Timerify application ("the App").
1. Information We Collect
The App runs primarily on your device locally. We collect very limited information:
- Timer Data: Timer names, start dates, reset records, and related data you create are stored locally on your device.
- iCloud Sync Data: If you choose to enable iCloud sync, the above data will be synced to your iCloud account through Apple's CloudKit service. We do not access your iCloud data.
- Purchase Information: Subscriptions and purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not collect your payment information.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect your name, email address, or other personally identifiable information
- We do not collect location data
- We do not use any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs
- We do not sell your data to any third parties
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored in the following locations:
- Local Device: All timer data is stored locally on your device by default.
- iCloud: Only when you actively enable iCloud sync will data be synced to Apple's iCloud servers. This data is protected by Apple's privacy policy.
4. Data Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data. Local data is protected by iOS system-level encryption, and iCloud data is protected by Apple's security infrastructure.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following Apple-provided services:
- Apple StoreKit: For processing in-app purchases and subscriptions
- Apple CloudKit: For iCloud data sync (optional feature)
- Apple WidgetKit: For home screen widget functionality
These services are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to This Policy
