Welcome to Timerify. Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the App. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Timerify is a habit and goal tracking timer application. You can create timers, record progress, earn milestone achievements, and optionally subscribe to premium features.

2. User Accounts

The App does not require you to create an account. Your data is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, data is stored in your iCloud account associated with your Apple ID.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

• Free Features: You can use basic features for free, including creating up to 3 timers and viewing select milestones.
• Premium Subscription: Monthly, yearly, and lifetime purchase options are available to unlock all features.
• Auto-Renewal: Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time in your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Refunds: All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. For refunds, please contact Apple Support.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the App responsibly and not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to bypass any security measures or feature restrictions of the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

5. Intellectual Property

The Timerify application and all its content, including but not limited to design, code, icons, and text, are protected by intellectual property laws. No part of the App may be copied, modified, or distributed without authorization.

6. Disclaimer

• The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
• We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• The timing and statistics features are for reference only and do not constitute medical, health, or professional advice.
• We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from use of the App. We recommend enabling iCloud sync to back up your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
